Before you start, make sure you have:

  • βœ… Access to Jira Cloud (self-hosted not supported yet)
  • βœ… Read permissions on projects you want to sync
  • βœ… Your instance URL (e.g., yourcompany.atlassian.net)

Connection Process

Start Connection

  2. Find the Jira Cloud card and click “Connect Jira”
  3. You’ll be redirected to Atlassian’s authorization page

Authorize Permissions

❌ Common Issues

“Your Jira instance was not found”

  1. Verify you’re using Jira Cloud (not Server/DC)
  2. Confirm the URL: yourcompany.atlassian.net
  3. Try opening the URL in your browser
  4. If the problem persists, contact support

“Insufficient permissions”

  2. Request “Browse Projects” permissions
  3. Make sure you have access to the projects you want to sync

“Slow or incomplete synchronization”
